Arugula and Grilled Plum Salad

Ingredients
3 Plums (halved & pitted)
1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
6 cups Arugula
1/4 cup Chives (chopped)
1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Toss the plums with the olive oil, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill the plums over medium-high heat, turning to soften and char. Cut the plums in half again.
  3. Toss the plums with arugula, chives, lemon juice, and the additional cinnamon and olive oil. Season the salad to taste with salt & pepper, then serve.
