Ingredients
4 Flour tortillas
15 ounces Refried beans
1 cup Arugula
1 Tomato (diced)
1 small Green pepper (diced)
1 small Onion (diced)
1/4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
Cilantro (for garnish)
Salsa (for topping)
Sliced avocado (for topping)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Evenly spread the refried beans across each tortilla.
  2. Add even amounts of arugula, tomato, green pepper, onion, and cheese to each tortilla.
  3. Garnish each burrito with cilantro, salsa, and avocado, fold, then serve.
