Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds
Brussels sprouts (outer leaves removed)
3 tablespoons
Olive oil (divided)
3/4 teaspoons
Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
1 tablespoon
Balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon
Honey
Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Put the Brussels sprouts onto the baking sheet and toss them with 2 tablespoons of oil and the salt and pepper.
- Roast for 10 minutes, stir, and roast for 10 more minutes.
- Drizzle with the remaining oil and the vinegar and honey, toss to coat, then serve.
